What’s included in the price?
On the same-day trips: the round-trip flight, a car between Teterboro Airport and Manhattan, Broadway seats for your group, and your dinner reservation. On the overnight trips: the round-trip flight, Premium Orchestra seats for the matinee, the cocktail hour at J.Bespoke, MoMA Before Hours, the personal styling session, a car and driver throughout, and one or two hotel nights. The exact performance and seats remain subject to availability and final confirmation. We book the tables, but restaurant spending is paid directly; the dinner cruise on the Two-Night Trip is the one meal in the price. Your concierge confirms every line and the final price in CAD, plus tax, before you approve it.
Which meals are in the price?
One: the Dinner on the Water cruise on the Two-Night Trip. Every other table is reserved for you and you pay the bill: a light lunch at Le Rock, Monkey Bar or Avra Madison; dinner at Gallaghers Steakhouse, or Le Bernardin or Gabriel Kreuther if you prefer; lunch at The Modern; and, on the Two-Night Trip, a farewell lunch near the hotel. The cocktail hour at J.Bespoke, with two cocktails per guest, is in the price on both overnight trips.
Which hotel?
An entry-level room at one of Arthur Majordome’s preferred hotels, chosen for your dates. Rooms are for two: one room for a pair, two for three or four travellers, three for five or six. Peak weeks, holidays and special events can add a supplement; it is in the final price your concierge confirms before you book. A seat on an overnight trip is two to a room; travelling alone, or as the odd one in a group of three or five, your own room is $500 more a night.
What does the Premium trip add?
The Premium trip includes Premium Orchestra seating for a Broadway matinee, a private meet and greet with a Broadway performer with personal conversation and photographs, a behind-the-scenes Broadway experience, private round-trip transportation between Teterboro Airport and Manhattan, and a post-show dinner reservation at Gabriel Kreuther, Le Bernardin, The Lambs Club or Le Rock. The behind-the-scenes experience may include theatre or backstage access, rehearsal insights, creative-team interaction or other production-specific access. The meet and greet and the behind-the-scenes experience remain subject to artist, theatre and production availability and are confirmed at the time of booking. The car is sized to your group: a Mercedes-Benz E-Class for two, a Cadillac Escalade for three to five, or a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for six.
Can we really see a show and return the same night?
Yes. The two same-day trips are built around the matinee. Fly out mid-morning, make the two o’clock curtain, sit down to dinner after, and return to the Toronto area that night. The departure time is confirmed around the selected departure airport, customs and the drive back to Teterboro.
Where does the flight leave from?
One to three travellers booking the plane depart Oshawa on the Piper M600/M700. Four to six, and every shared seat, depart Billy Bishop on the Pilatus PC-12. Getting to the departure airport is the one leg you handle yourself. A car sized to your group takes you from Teterboro into Manhattan and back for the flight home.
How long does it take to get into Manhattan?
Teterboro is a private-aviation airport about 20–30 minutes from Midtown. A car between Teterboro and Manhattan is included, both ways.
Can we stay overnight?
Yes. The Broadway Overnight Trip adds a night at an Arthur Majordome preferred hotel, the cocktail hour at J.Bespoke, MoMA before it opens and a personal styling session. The Broadway Two-Night Trip adds a second night, an afternoon in SoHo and the Dinner on the Water cruise. Each card above prices the trip for two to six travellers, with the hotel included. On either trip you can also choose Shared, on the Pilatus PC-12, two to a room.
How many people can come?
One to six. For the plane to yourselves, one to three travel on the Piper M600/M700 and four to six on the Pilatus PC-12; the final aircraft depends on the group, luggage, route and availability. On the Same-Day, Overnight and Two-Night trips, one to five can choose Shared instead, and a concierge matches you with other guests on the Pilatus PC-12. The plane only flies if all six seats fill.
When can we go?
You can go any time of year. All four trips run around a 2:00 pm matinee, generally Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, following the selected show’s performance schedule. Share exact dates or a flexible window. We check the aircraft, Broadway seats, hotel and ground reservations before confirming the trip.
What happens at the border?
You clear US customs after landing at Teterboro. Before departure, NectAir confirms the required travel documents and the return process for the group.
Who operates the flight?
NectAir operates the private flight on the Piper M600/M700 or Pilatus PC-12 under the Canadian and US requirements that apply to the route.
What if weather affects the flight?
The change and cancellation terms come with your final price, before you approve it. If weather affects the flight, your concierge explains the available options under those confirmed terms.
